Reports
Signing a contract for the telephone interpreting service, corporate clients gain access to a personal page on our website with detailed reports on completed orders. We form monthly reports on past negotiations, specifying:
- the caller’s name and telephone number
- the name and telephone number of the called party
- call duration and cost
Procedure for using the service
- An order for telephone interpreting is placed by telephone, e-mail, or by filling out a form on our website. The client specifies:
- the preferred call time
- the caller’s name and telephone number
- the name and telephone number of the called party
- the language of the called party.
- If necessary, additional call information can be specified: subject, discussion topic, objectives of the negotiations.
- At a specified time, a Perevedem.ru manager will connect the client with an interpreter working in the chosen language pair. After they briefly discuss the upcoming call, the called party is connected to the conference call.
Additional information
This service can be used both for telephone negotiations with a remote called party and for negotiations in person. In the latter case the interpreter calls in and participates in the conversation via a loudspeaker (the negotiators are in the same room and simultaneously hear the remote interpreter).
