Terms of service

Payment

The service is provided upon payment in advance for new clients and monthly payment for regular clients. Funds can be deposited onto the client’s personal account in the system to be subsequently drawn down for each call.

Service working hours

10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Moscow time (GMT + 3)

Languages

The telephone interpreting service is currently available in the following language pairs:

Russian – English,
Russian – German,
Russian – French,
Russian – Chinese,
Russian – Japanese,
Russian – Korean,
Russian – Spanish,
Russian – Italian.

Interpretation in other language pairs is possible by prior arrangement with Perevedem.ru managers at +7 (495) 783 5916.

Call procedure

The call takes place as follows:

- our manager will call you and connect you with our interpreter at a specified time;
- you briefly discuss the details of the upcoming conversation, after which we will connect the called party to the conversation;
- the interpreter starts the conversation with the foreign called party, greeting him or her on your behalf.

Upon placing the order we suggest you let us know the purpose of the call, the subject of negotiations, and issues you plan to discuss. This will enable:

1. us to provide an interpreter experienced in the subject;
2. the interpreter to examine the issues to be discussed during the negotiations, which will have a positive effect on the negotiations.

You are requested to stay calm during the negotiations: do not try to speak simultaneously with the called party and do not interrupt the interpreter.

Remember that the course of negotiations and their result in many ways depend on the interpreter,who is trained to set a positive and constructive tone to your discussion.
