Bank cards

You can pay for our services quickly and conveniently using bank cards. Payment with bank cards on our site is made via the ASSIST payment system (www.assist.ru). Payment security in the ASSIST system is provided using the SSL protocol for transmitting confidential data from the client to the server of the ASSIST system for further processing. Data is then transmitted via closed high-security bank networks. The client's confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) is processed by the processing center. Therefore, Perevedem.ru is unable to access your personal details, bank card details, and other data, including information about previous purchases made in other stores.

Rules and procedure for paying with a bank card

Payment is completed online immediately after you place your order. Minimum payment amount is 150 rubles.

We accept payments made using bank cards of the following systems: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club

Unfortunately, not all VISA Electron cards are suitable for online payments. Some banks have started issuing special Electron cards with CVC2 and CVV2 codes, which can be used for online payments.

A CVV2/CVC2 code is a three-digit security number printed on the reverse of a bank card. This number is usually printed in the top right corner of the signature strip.  The number is needed to make sure that the card is being used by its actual owner.

Procedure for completing online payments with a bank card

1. Make sure your bank card is intended for online payments (this information is available from the issuing bank).

2. Place your online order.
On the online order platform attach the file and enter your registration details. From among the payment options offered choose to pay with a bank card. On the page that opens enter your first and last name, telephone number, and city. Click “Pay”.

3. Perevedem.ru will forward you to the authorization server of the ASSIST payment system.

4. The authorization server of ASSIST will establish a connection with the buyer via a secure protocol (SSL 3.0) and accept the parameters of the buyer’s bank card (card number, expiry date, holder’s name as typed on the card).

5. Bank card details have to be entered and confirmed on the payment page within 40 minutes (card data entry times out after this time). After 40 minutes payment will be closed due to timeout.

6. The authorization server of the ASSIST system will perform preliminary processing of the data received before forwarding it to the system’s clearing bank (hereafter the Bank).

7. The Bank verifies the presence of the Perevedem.ru service in the system and makes sure the transaction is within the established system limits. Following this verification the Bank either rejects or permits authorization of the transaction in the card payment system.

8. Upon receipt of a positive authorization from the card payment system:
- The Bank sends a positive authorization result to the ASSIST authorization server;
- The authorization server transmits a positive authorization result to the buyer;
- Upon receiving confirmation of positive authorization, Perevedem.ru provides the service (accepts the order).

9. When authorization is rejected:
- The Bank transmits a rejection of authorization to the ASSIST authorization server;
- The authorization server sends a rejection message with the order number to Perevedem.ru;
- The buyer receives an e-mail stating the reason of rejection.

10. Possible rejection causes:
- The card balance is insufficient to pay for the order;
- The buyer’s issuing bank has restricted online payments (some banks restrict online payments for fear of fraud);
- Card data entry has timed out (card details have to be entered within 40 minutes);
- The buyer failed to confirm card details on the payment page, made a mistake in data format, etc.

11. Depending on the cause of authorization rejection, you may:

-Repeat the payment attempt but no sooner than after 20 minutes;
- Request assistance from the issuing bank;
- If the bank is unable to resolve the issue, repeat your payment attempt using a card issued by a different bank.

Data security

To protect data from unauthorized access at the stage of transmission from the client to the server of the ASSIST system, we use the SSL 3.0 protocol. The server certificate (128 bit encryption) has been provided by Thawte, a recognized global certificate authority.
The transaction cannot be cancelled and the money will not be returned/refunded.

Perevedem.ru administration guarantees that your personal data, such as your login name, password, first name, last name, payment information, and contact details – email, telephone, address – will never be made available to any third parties.
The website administration waives all liability for any damage resulting from the user disclosing his or her registration details to any third persons.
