Rates and Conditions for Consecutive (Ordinary) Interpreting

All prices are given in EURO for one hour/one working day of one interpreter. The basic units for cost calculation are hours or working days.

Rate No.1 applies to consecutive interpretation at events by qualified interpreters.

Rate No.2 applies to consecutive interpretation at events by interpreters of the highest qualification with many years of experience in different subject areas and/or at international events.

• minimum order is 3 hours;
• the order for one working day of the interpreter means that the interpreter works 8 hours 30 minutes within one day. Should you need an interpreter for a longer period of time, an additional rate for each hour over 8 hours is applied in accordance with the hourly rate specified above;
• the working time shall be considered the time when the interpreter is present at the customer’s premises, regardless of his or her actual execution of the work;
• should you need an interpreter outside the MKAD Moscow orbital highway, the average commuting time from Moscow to this place shall be paid as working time and be included in the order calculation.

Rates and Conditions for Interpreting Support on Business Trips*

Escort interpreter on business trips within Russia: charged at Rate No.2 + per diem allowance according to effective standards (20 EURO/day) + travel expenses and cost of single-room accommodation for the interpreter at the hotel hosting your specialists.

A local interpreter can be provided in most major Russian cities, which affords savings on travel and accommodation expenses for the interpreter.

Escort interpreter on international business trips: charged at Rate No.2 + per diem allowance according to the effective standards (varies between EURO 30 and 70 per day, depending on the country) + travel expenses and cost of single room accommodation for the interpreter at the hotel hosting your specialists + visa processing costs, if necessary.

A local interpreter can be provided in some countries. The rates will be calculated on demand, depending on the country.

The client pays the taxi fare to/from the airport for the interpreter if the departure from Moscow is before 10.00 hours and arrival in Moscow is after 20.00 hours. Alternatively, the client must arrange for the interpreter to be transported to the airport in the client's transport.

The day of arrival and the day of departure are charged for as one work day if departure from Moscow is after 20.00 hours and arrival in Moscow is before 10.00 hours. In any other case, they will be charged for as two work days.

To receive information about the availability of a local interpreter of appropriate qualification in Russian cities or abroad, information about the planned trip must be provided no later than 3 weeks before departure. We will provide information about whether or not a local interpreter is available within one week. If a local interpreter is unavailable, we will have the remaining 2 weeks to select an interpreter to travel to the site of the event.

Rates and Conditions for Simultaneous Interpreting

All prices are given in EURO for the work of two qualified simultaneous interpreters at your event.

Rate No.1 applies to consecutive interpretation at events by qualified interpreters.

Rate No.2 applies to consecutive interpretation at events by interpreters of the highest qualification with many years of experience in different subject areas and/or at international events.

An additional rate for each hour over 4 (8) hours is applied in accordance with the rate of 150 EURO per hour for the work of two interpreters.

To enable quality preparation for the event, the order should be placed and accompanying information provided no later than 3 weeks before the start of the event. In this case we can guarantee that interpreters will be selected within 5-8 business days. They will be able to use the remaining time to prepare for the event properly.

As a required condition, simultaneous interpreters must be provided with materials (texts of reports, lectures, website materials, etc.) in advance to enable them to prepare for the event.

In case of a cancellation of the order for simultaneous interpretation within less than 24 hours before the event, the customer will be charged with a penalty equivalent to 4 hours of simultaneous interpretation.
