Perevedem.ru provides recruitment of professional translators, interpreters, and assistant managers for your corporate staff or temporary projects.

We have assembled a database of talents with extensive and varied experience. Starting from the questionnaire stage, the selection process is automated, enabling us to process dozens of new resumes on a daily basis. With the applications processed, each worthy applicant is tested in translation or interpretation. Our database currently contains over 700 tested applicants and several thousand resumes that have passed the first selection stage. We can test these translators at short notice upon receiving your applicant requirements.

Our database includes applicants from a variety of regions—the majority of major and smaller cities in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and other CIS member states, as well as major cities in Europe, the USA, China, Japan, and several other Oriental countries.
The following cooperation options are possible:

2. Translator outstaffing;
3. Providing a translator for temporary participation in your project.

Whichever cooperation option you choose, rest assured that you will save valuable time and resources that would have been otherwise spent on recruitment. We recruit translators with experience in your company’s field. Their competence is tested by qualified specialists with a command of the foreign language and versed in the subject. Quite often, the company’s own HR department is unable to provide this combination of expertise and linguistic skills.

The cost of translator recruitment for your staff equals 20% of the translator’s annual salary. The minimum cost is USD 2,000.
If we provide a translator for a temporary project, the conditions are discussed individually depending on a whole range of factors: project duration, complexity and subject, level of requirements for applicants, schedule, and location.
